A few days ago I had the chance to go out and meet little Lexi. Her parents are friends of ours who moved out of state, and then moved back, so getting to see them again and visit for a while was just an added bonus! Lexi is the sweetest little thing. She's 6 months old and just barely 12 pounds, so it was almost like getting to photograph a newborn who had personality and lots of smiles!
Halfway through the shoot, little miss got pretty sleepy. We got a few shots of her sleeping away before the snapping of my camera, or her adorable, wild man brother woke her up.
Lexi's mom Karin, who is seriously the nicest woman in the world, was extra fun because she loved all the ruffles and bows. I loved listening to her giggle while dressing and watching Lex in all her frilly bows and outfits!
With a few chocolate chips, and the promises of Thomas the Train figurines, we got Lexi's older brother, Adam to jump in for a few shots. It seems they have a delicate, sweet, feminine little girl, and a silly, adventurous, wild little man... the best of both worlds! However they categorize them, their children are darling. Congratulations on your beautiful family Brian and Karin!
